- Companies that have disabled employees are required to offer accessible
on-line materials for those employees.
- Section 508 of Rehabilitation Act requires that all electronic media,
including online materials, to be equally accessible for people with
disabilities. As a result, all web sites must be accessible to people
with disabilities; this includes, but is not limited to sight and hearing
impairment.
